This privacy policy describes how Joshua Levy ("we", "us"), a sole proprietor, collects and uses personal information in connection with the Personal Assistant SMS messaging program.
We collect the following categories of personal information from program subscribers: name, mobile phone number, and the content of messages exchanged with the assistant application. This information is collected when the subscriber enrols through the application's settings form and during use of the service, and is used solely to deliver task reminders, calendar alerts, and schedule notifications.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Subscriber information is stored on our own private server and retained only as long as needed to provide the service. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Message frequency varies, typically 2–10 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to cancel at any time; text HELP for help.
